Paint and Color Consultations
Has the “beige monster” taken over your house? Let us create the perfect color palette to compliment your furnishings and home architecture. Paint is a terrific way to give flow to your floor plan and personalize your spaces!
Basic Design Consultation
Our design consultation will give you some professional suggestions on freshening up your current spaces without breaking the bank. One or two-hour appointments are available. I’ll complete the package by compiling notes for you to reference.
Space Planning
Do you have some great furnishings but are having trouble arranging them? Perhaps you have too many pieces and need help deciding what to keep and what to part with? We can give you options for best utilizing your spaces by adding flow yet keeping your style in mind!
Virtual Staging
Having trouble selling your home? Perhaps you are in need of some staging assistance but don’t live in our immediate service area. No problem! Contact us, and we will perform an evaluation with the photos you provide us from your real estate listing or other sources. You will be amazed at the suggestions we offer on how to make your property more buyer friendly!
Home & Property Evaluation Report
This is by far our most popular service when selling a home. Whether you are getting ready to list your house or it has been on the market for a while, this evaluation service is invaluable. We will come to your residence and perform a detailed report which specifically identifies items throughout the property that may need attention in order to sell. This also assists the homeowner whose house has been on the market for a while but has had no offers. Fees
Second Glance Design offers by-the-hour pricing. We consistently prepare a detailed accounting of our design times and services when invoicing our customers. Second Glance is proud to be cost-conscious, wanting our customers to experience the best possible value with their design project.
We require a 24-hour notice for all canceled appointments to avoid a one-hour design fee.
